| Our highlight for this year 2008 was building the Real Estate Property Management Interface. Home Builders were faced with the problem of increasing Finished Condo Units which were available for sale but there were few buyers for such units. Renting them out was the option and Builders CoPilot stepped up to the plate and delivered an interface which enabled them to manage and run their property as a Rental Property. This is now being used by Home Builders as well as HOA’s & Apartment Offices who don’t have a good Rental Property Software |
| You may have also noticed that we improved availability and performance of our services. We redesigned our infrastructure and data center footprint to make our critical infrastructure fully redundant. In our Support area, average hold times have been reduced considerably, and the quality of support response continues to increase as we further our rigorous training and knowledge sharing efforts. |
| Builders CoPilot has also continued to be financially healthy and to grow through the year despite of economic challenges and rapidly changing market conditions. |
